Sparitual- Hidden Reef

Sparitual is a high-end beauty products brand that specializes in vegan nail color and skincare. I'm not exactly sure what isn't vegan about other beauty brands besides maybe animal testing, but the polish is Vegan, Big 3 (DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde resin) free and about $11-12 USD per bottle. I bought this one at a spa after I had a pedicure done, but I have seen the line at Sephora recently.
We'll start with the packaging. I'm a bit skeptical about how much of an improvement the "plum cap" is supposed to be, but I do find that the bottle is never difficult to open, never gets stuck, and the brush is easy to apply the polish with. The color, "Hidden Reef" is part of the spring 2012 collection, but it is still available online while quantities last. I really like the color because it is shimmery, and not too outrageously red or orange like some coral shades are. It is quick to show tip wear, but overall, the formula isn't streaky, and is just the right thickness and opacity.
I currently own two Sparitual polishes, this one and a red duochrome, and although they are expensive, I would like to try out some more for my collection.
